Jump, Jive, & Wail - Brian Setzer Orch
Two nice things about "Jump Jive an' Wail" (at least the version I use, 4:40 long). About 2 minutes in, there's a modulation up a half step, a change to a higher key, that's a natural place to cue adding on a pedal stroke. Then at about 3:30 the music stops, there's applause, everyone thinks it's over, but I say "No, we're just regrouping for one last push". The music restarts, Brian says "One more time", and then everyone really works for the last minute.

Are You Gonna Be My Girl - Jet
Trouble - Pink (Clean Version)
Walking On Sunshine - Katrina & The Waves
Optimistic Thought - Blues Traveler
A modulation up a half step with 90 seconds to go gets everyone going as fast as they think they can - then there's another modulation up with 30 seconds to go.
